Three Tanka

Martians get ready
For satellite arrival
Plan like the last time
Move everything again
Over and hide in dark side

Aliens arrive
To study the planet earth
Take a core sample
About two thousand miles wide
From the North Pole to South Pole

Only a few men
Walked the surface of the moon
Were they told to smile
When cameras took pictures
Did they tell them to say “cheese”?
